Support for users of LayTOOLS is available at a number of levels:

On-line help

LayTOOLS support for the user at his desk is available through context sensitive menus, individual help for each dialog operation, on-line help files, and reference manuals

Direct technical contact

The LayTOOLS Development team at TexEDA Design GmbH, in conjunction with TexEDA Design Inc. offers a comprehensive support program for those users of the LayTOOLS applications and utilities software who elect to purchase the respective maintenance packages. This extends to LaySIM support also.

Extended assistance

Matricus Inc., a sister company of TexEDA Design Inc. has used the products exclusively and extensively in their own IC design activities since its establishment. It is thus well-appointed not only to assist TexEDA in resolving complex issues that might arise, but also to assist in the customer's development where required.
